Cyndie (Bransford) Avery is an elementary school teacher.  She has lived in Joshua Tree since 1978. She has always been an avid camper and has traveled and climbed extensively in the US and abroad. Cyndie has always taken photos of her travels and adventures and often heard that she had an eye for photography. However, she was not interested in pursuing photography until she was introduced to Photo Shop and the special effects that she can give to her photos. She has a passion for flowers and the colors and textures of nature. Cyndie has tried many forms of artistic expression; water color painting, mosaic, stained glass, beaded jewelry and now she can express herself with her photos.
